The Singapore Institute of Arbitrators will recognise and accept a graduate of the KCL-NUS MSc programme as having satisfied the requirements of Article 5.4.6 of the Institute’s Constitution for admission as a Member. Such a candidate will upon satisfying the requirements of Articles 5.4.2, 5.4.3 and 5.4.7 of the Constitution (as may be amended from time to time) be considered for admission as a Member of the Institute.

A graduate of the KCL-NUS MSc programme who has successfully completed the Award Writing Course will be recognised and accepted as having satisfied the requirements of Article 5.3.1.6 of the Institute’s Constitution for admission as a Fellow. Such a candidate will upon satisfying the requirements of Articles 5.3.1.1, 5.3.1.2 and 5.3.1 of the Constitution (as may be amended from time to time) be considered for admission as a Fellow of the Institute
