Local Energy CodeAll air-conditioned buildings in Singapore must comply with the local energy standards. During the building plan submission stage, the OTTV and U-value calculations are submitted to the Building Construction Authority for approval. The Certificate of Statutory Completion for the building is issued after the works have been completed in accordance with the approved plans.
