Dear delegates
I am pleased to attach herewith a file containing the result of the Best Paper Awards. A number of very good papers were presented at the Joint Symposium and the Best Papers (a total of nine) were selected by a committee from a shortlist prepared from nominations by the Technical Review Panel.
The authors of each paper received a letter of citation, a certificate and a cash award of S$100. The cash award is sponsored by the Singapore Tourism Board.
