The building design juxtaposes a glass
curtain wall facade against the diagonal orientation of the solid frame.
This innovative combination not only enhances the view of the building
from different angles but also promotes the use of daylight to
supplement indoor lighting.
A water sculpture at the front plaza together with its lush greenery
makes the environment a pleasing one. This open space provides a natural
cooling transit before entering into the fully air-conditioned main
lobby. The main lobby is well lighted - substantially with natural
lighting. This is achieved through a full height glass panel, fully
shaded for energy conservation purpose.
The office environment is designed to be functionally efficient and
at the same time sensitive to the differing needs of the occupants. The
air conditioning and lighting of preset zones/ rooms can be adjusted to
suit preferred needs. The environment is thus dynamic and responsive. It
is also healthy through the use of the Air-conditioning Flushing System
and the Electrostatic Air Cleaner System.
